About Onello Law Group

Jason Onello, Esq.

Founder / Attorney

Onello Law Group was founded in 2017 by Jason Onello, Esq. Mr. Onello is lead attorney in all cases that come through his office and is always available for his clients; he is a litigation attorney with years of practice experience, primarily in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Probate litigation. Mr. Onello is known to be a highly technical attorney in the courtroom; details matter to him. Mr. Onello received awards for his legal writing in law school; it’s his passion and foundation for his practice. The entire office knows and appreciates what its founder wants: open communication, realistic expectations, and results-driven effort. In addition to his District Court caseload, Mr. Onello is also an appellate attorney, having succeeded on several appeals and “Writ Petitions” in front of the Nevada Appellate Courts. When Mr. Onello is not in the courtroom or in his office (which is rare), you can find him dangling from a rope hundreds of feet off the ground at Red Rock National Park or its surrounding area. Mr. Onello was born outside of Buffalo, New York; he is a big ice hockey fan, and enjoys the outdoors. He loves John Candy movies and listening to Jim Croce by a campfire.

Brian Garner

High Asset Divorce – Financial Analyst

Brian serves as the High Asset Divorce Financial Analyst at Onello Law Group, where he works alongside the firm’s attorneys on matters involving complex marital estates, business interests, and intricate financial portfolios. His role centers on untangling the financial side of divorce — tracing assets, reviewing account statements and tax records, organizing disclosures, and helping build a clear picture of the marital estate. Brian brings a meticulous, methodical approach to every file, ensuring that no account, asset, or obligation goes overlooked. Clients appreciate his responsiveness and his ability to translate dense financial information into terms that are easy to understand.

Before joining the firm, Brian spent years working in loans, finance, and banking, where he developed a sharp eye for the details that often determine outcomes in high-stakes matters.
